Social Media Assistant
Status : Accepting Applications
Location: This is a hybrid position. Incumbent is expected in-store (Ashaley Botwe) twice a week to create content in store.
We are looking for a driven Social Media Assistant with a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on our social media channels, specifically, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, You-tube & Pinterest.
Responsibilities
Create content across all company social media channels.
Capture content during marketing activities and events including but not limited to Photoshoots, Styled Shoots, Runway shows, In-Store Events & Trade-shows on an as needed basis
Liaise with Managers and Bridal Sales assistants to push specific products weekly on all platforms and drive sales
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Respond to & moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Other Administrative Duties as assigned
Requirements
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Fluency in English
CompensationGH₵ 1000/month + 2.5% commission on direct sales referrals


Bridal Shop Assistant

Location: Ashaley Botwe
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and fashion-savvy Bridal Shop Assistant. This role includes room and board. In this role, you will be expected to assist with house work as well as manage the bridal shop on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Perform assigned house work duties including but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, mopping, washing, cooking and other duties as assigned
Work one on one with brides and their bridal parties to find their perfect style including wedding gown, bridesmaids, and accessories and create a positive and welcoming experience for all customers
Drive store and personal sales by suggesting items to meet customer needs
Build relationships with brides via consistent communication throughout the entire life of the event
Organizing in-store events, bridal shows and promotions
Organize and create content for social media channels and assist in the creation and implementation of monthly content schedule.
Schedule posts on specific key account’s social media accounts (Facebook, Tim-Tok, Instagram, etc.).
Answer the phone and respond to customer inquiries on whatsApp, social media platforms, text, phone etc.
Maintain Inventory, Store displays and overall Store Cleanliness

Minimum Requirement SSCE Leaving Certificate
Must be able to work Monday to Saturdays
Must be familiar with a computer and mobile phone
Must be familiar with Social Media platforms: Facebook and Instagram (Tik-Tok & Pinterest is a plus)
Must be well spoken and professional
Previous Customer Service experience is preferred but not required
Must be interested in Fashion and Wedding Industry

Location: This is a field position & commission based. We are looking for an ambassador in each region of Ghana.
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Field Sales Ambassadors to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets by traveling within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and enjoys being on the road to connect with clients face-to-face.
Responsibilities
Leverage established relationships with potential customers, share in stock items and refer them to the retail stores for sales.Travel to customer locations within an assigned region to promote and sell company products or services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the client's needs.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis as required.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand customer base.
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (managers, customer service) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Proven track record in outside or field sales, preferably in retail industry.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently of the time.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
